By using ProperScript ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of service

ProperScript provides free, browser-based file conversion and productivity tools. All processing occurs locally in your browser — files are not uploaded to any server. The Service is provided free of charge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Engage in any activity that would impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

Your content

Because all file processing happens locally in your browser, we do not receive, store, or access any files you process using the Service. You retain all rights to your content. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to convert or process.

Third-party services

We display ads served by Google AdSense to keep the Service free. Ads are governed by Google's terms and may use cookies and similar technologies. Your interactions with ads are subject to Google's privacy policy, not ours. Hosting, fonts, and other infrastructure providers may also collect standard request logs as part of normal operation. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular conversion will produce a specific result. Output quality may vary by file, format, and browser.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProperScript and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or corrupted files. We strongly recommend keeping backups of any files you convert.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
